  very impatient, did not explain a thing properly. All they ever wanted was u to be out of the place so U did not waste their mfuckin precious time of explainin how things worked out as it was not even their mfuckin business. I never expected this kinda f service in my entire fkin life.

  Helpful staff. They have handle lots un-prepared people. And some people can be rather rude . They provided sufficient information, the progress took about 1.2 hours. Compare with America Consulate (I spent 3 hours there just for a tourist visa) , Chinese consulate is not that bad after all.

  So stupid! Their online requirements is fake. My photo is totally pass their online requirements, but the stupid staffs say not. Also, difficult staffs have different requirements on the same day. They are annoying and hopeless!

  Have to say....my experience was above expectation base on the previous reviews. The security person was extremely friendly and gentlemen. Staffs from inquiry desk offered great help and guidance. If there was anything to be complained about it would be their website failed to provide guidance comprehensively.
