  Looking through the review, I was really surprised at all these negative comments. I actually went there myself to renew my passport. With all the documents really it was done smoothly. Although I did get sent away to retake my photo, it was as per their requirement. Once this is done, no trouble afterwards. I agree probably they need to list specific requirement on the website and constantly update it.

  Very high efficiency. We renewed our whole family's passports in just 30 minutes. Nice stuff.

  But the staff are quite efficient. I don't understand some of these negative comments on their staff. Any one dealing with over 100 application of various kind probably will be exhausted. They are paid to do the job not to smile at everyone. As long as my things are done with reasonable hassle, I don't have a problem with that.
